Quinn Ritter is a reader, he thinks people learn to read by having freedom to find their own book to read. This allows the person reading be able to find their own adventure, their own journey into a different world. We all read to find ourselves in better places then we are. To keep ourselves busy on a boring day. To relax. To be a good reader you have to be involved in what you’re reading. Maybe not so much physicality then mentally. You have to feel as though you are a part of the story and have an open mind. Reading is easy for Quinn because he reads anything that has adventure and action. These are very large topics of books, but the hardest part of reading would be when a book is dry, or lacks excitement. When Quinn is choosing a book, he looks at the name. For books to catch his eye, they must have an exciting name. Such as "The Hunger Games", this name leaves him feeling curious "what are the hunger games?, why would there be games over something like food? Why is there an arrow on the cover? Is this a fighting type game?" these are some of the questions that come from one title. Quinn tries to read in his spare time and feels good about reading as long as it is something he can be interested in.
